Set up in 2006, the RABD continues with aim of promoting social and business interaction between those who specialise in development consultancy and agency work in the residential and associated living sectors in the City and the surrounding South West.

November 2025
StudioHIVE are inviting members to join them for a site tour of their current project at Silverthorne Lane, specifically Plots 2, 3, 4 and 6. The proposed development will incorporate 434 BTR apartments, c. 80,000 sq ft of office accommodation and 706PBSA units, forming part of the wider 12-acre Silverthorne Lane mixed use development in the heart of Bristol’s Temple Quarter Enterprise Zone (TQEZ).
